Rosa Deane Rollison

Rosa Deane “Sarge” Rollison passed away June 26, 2011 in Pueblo. She was born in Wynona, OK on Oct. 11, 1921 and grew up in Boone, Co. She served as a W.A.C. in the US Air Force during WWII and returned to Pueblo to work at the Colorado State Hospital for many years before retiring in 1982. Rosa enjoyed her trips to Cripple Creek, playing bingo, bowling and nearly all sports. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernie Rollison; brothers, Herman, Bill, Bob and Art Hudgens and a sister Ruth Wells. Rosa is survived by her children, David (Penny) Haight, of Pueblo, Donald (Shelly) Haight, of Pueblo, Dennis (Laura) Haight, of NV, Sandi(Tony) Albo, of Pueblo, Patrick (Joanne) Rollison, of MN and Russ Rollison of Pueblo; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Mary Smith; a brother-in-law, Gene Wells, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2PM until 5PM on Thursday at the mortuary. Cremation will follow in the Davis Crematory. Online condolences at DavisMortuary.com.
