Betty F. Terrill, passed away on March 24, 2012 after a short illness. She was born on August 14, 1930 in Pueblo, Colorado on the 4th Street Bridge in the back of a 1928 Chevy at 60 mph, the 2nd child of Ruben and Thelma (Harris) Wolfenbarger. Betty was a lifelong resident of Rye, graduated from Rye High School and worked at the Rye Hotel before meeting her loving husband of 52 years. Betty was outgoing and loved music, dancing, selling Avon and sharing fellowship with her friends and neighbors. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Terrill; her parents, two brothers and a niece. Betty is survived by her children Lori (Gary) Hevelone, Lana (Jeff Riggin) Stinchcomb, Barney Terrill and Todd (Evelyn) Terrill. Also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren and 12 step-great grandchildren; and her sisters, Nita Serracino and Carol Lewis. Visitation will be held from 1-6 pm Tuesday, March 27th, at Davis Mortuary, Pueblo, Colorado. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 28th, in the Greenhorn Valley Baptist Church, 7965 Grand Vista (behind ENT) in Rye, Colorado.
