Clarence Loyd Bewley, 96, departed this life for his Heavenly home in the presence of his family on February 4, 2013. Loyd was employed as a Supervisor at the CF&I Steel Mill and retired after 43 years of service. He enjoyed traveling, and fishing and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Zeddie Bewley, first wife Myrtle Bewley, second wife June Bewley and third wife Pat Shumaker Bewley; brothers, Ervin and Archie Bewley; nephews, Gary Bewley and Robert Myers; great grandson, Evan Colin Cochran and stepdaughter, Betty (Sam) Pannunzio. He leaves to cherish his memory his sister Wilma Heuett; three daughters, Linda (Charles) Cochran, Zetta (Roy) Denno and Sue (Doug) Barton; 9 grandchildren, Chuck (Susanbeth) Cochran, Tod (Tammy) Foster, Roy (Michelle) Denno, Shelly (Bob) Marketell, Randy (Kim) Denno, Karen (Mike) Shoaf, Lori (John) Denney, Trish (Ely) Tomines and Pamela Barton. He also leaves 20 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express special gratitude to : Dr. Indira Kedlaya and Shannon, the Sangre de Cristo Hospice, Independent Hearts, Aerocare and the members of the Pueblo West Fire Department. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, Feb 9, 2013 at the Southwest Church of Christ, 1635 S. Pueblo Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Manuelito Childrens Home, Casa de la Esperanza or the World Bible Study through Southwest Church of Christ or through the mortuary.
