John F. Florczak passed away June 11, 2013 in Pueblo. He was born June 3, 1919 in Elizabeth, NJ and had lived in Pueblo since 2007. John was retired from the Singer Manufacturing Co. where he worked as a Machinist for many years. He was hard working and determined that his children be educated so that they would be successful in life. After retirement, he enjoyed his hobbies of deep sea fishing and vegetable gardening. After moving to Pueblo, John adjusted to life without the ocean but still took pride in his tomatoes. Mr. Florczak was preceded in death by his parents, Teofil and Catherine, a brother Frank and a sister Clara. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Connie, children; Sandy (Ed) Cross of NJ, Tom (Pamela) Florczak of Co. Springs, Mark (Bonnie) Florczak of PA, grandchildren; Jonathan (Stephanie) Cross of MD, David (Joan) Cross of MD and Robert (Robyn) Florczak of Co. Springs as well as two great grandchildren.
