June Wells

Lucia June (Lynn) Wells passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at home in Pueblo West, Colorado. June was born in Spearfish, South Dakota on June 28, 1931 to Kenneth and Miriam (Macken) Lynn. She married Arthur P. Wells, Jr. on November 3, 1952 in Rapid City, South Dakota. Arthur and June were stationed many places with the U.S. Air Force, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. June retired in 1996 after working at K-Mart in Ocala, Florida for twenty-four years. June is survived by one sister, Ardelle and husband Nordeen Taschner of Kiowa, Colorado; one daughter: Vianne and husband Curtis Brown of Pueblo West, Colorado; three sons: Victor and wife Terry of Altus, Oklahoma; Brian and wife Dee of Wichita, Kansas; and Arthur III and wife Angie of Ocala, Florida; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the “American Diabetes Association” or the “American Cancer Society.”
