Frank. L. Starcer passed away peacefully at home on Jan 31, 2014 in Pueblo. He was born Jan 20, 1950 in Pueblo to Chris and Hilda Starcer. Frank was a veteran of the US Army having served during Vietnam. He loved being in the mountains, fising and just being outdoors. Frank was a loving and caring man who loved his family and friends. He took on his fight with prostate cancer 8 years ago and contiuned his fight with amazing strength until it was his time to continue his journey home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The fmaily expresses deep gratitude for Frank's 3 amigos, Tammy, Stacy and Darrin who took wonderful care of him. He will truly be missed by everyone's lives he has touched. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Chris; sister, Joann; and his first wife Dorothy. His survivors include his wife Connie; sons, Tony and Frank Jr.; stepdaughters, Amber and Kim; mother-in-law, Pat; brother-in-law, Sam; sister-in-law, Elaine and his beloved dog Shelby. Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 10, 2014 in the Roselawn Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Pueblo Veterans Ritual Team.
