Margaret Ann Gale passed away at home, October 6, 2014 in Pueblo, Colorado. Margaret Ann was born to Domenico and Mayme Venditti in Pueblo, on February 16, 1929. Margaret Ann was a graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Medical Technology. She was an avid reader who loved words. Poetry and nature were two great loves. She cherished the music performed by her grandsons and the time spent together. She was devoted to her family. As a military wife, she was a widely experienced traveler and there was no better ‘citizen ambassador’ to the world than she. Margaret Ann was a proud member of the ACLU and Amnesty International, as an activist and advocate for all human rights. She was a long time member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Order of Eastern Star Pueblo Chapter #7, and a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists for over 60 years. Margaret Ann was preceded in death by her parents, beloved son Daniel A. Gale, Jr. and brother Fred Venditti. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Col. USA (Ret.) Daniel A. Gale; daughter, Jane (Roy) Wiley and grandsons Nick and Danny Wiley. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Davis Memorial Chapel, with a reception to follow. Please no flowers or food.
