Guernadine Boston Mahe entered eternal life on a sunny afternoon in Denver on January 8, 2015. She was born in Alba, MO on June 28, 1916, she moved to Pueblo as a child where she graduated from Central High School in 1934. She married Ed Mahe in 1935 and lived in Pueblo until 1949 when they moved to Salida to purchase the business, Salida Plumbing and Appliance which they operated until 1961. During the years she lived in Salida with her husband Ed, who passed in 1979, she was very active in Eastern Star and the DAR. She is survived by two sons, Fred who resides in Littleton with his wife Bretha, and Eddie who lives in Albuquerque, NM with his wife Fran, plus 6 grandchildren; Frederick Mahe, Michelle Cortez, Sharon Kay Trobough, Theresa Ann Mezzetti, Kathy Schaffer, Debra Fuhry and 14 great grandchildren. Viewing, Thursday, Jan 15 from 7 to 8 PM and Friday from 11 to 12 AM. Funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, Jan 16, in the Davis Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
