Louis Trujillo

Louis Trujillo went home to be with the Lord and his loved ones on January 5, 2009. Louis was born Oct 27, 1931 in Pueblo to Alfred and Molly Trujillo. Louis worked at the Pueblo Army Depot for nearly 40 years before his retirement. Mr. Trujillo and his family were longtime members of the St. Leander Catholic Church where he served as head usher. He was preceded in death by his loving wife and soulmate Maria Evila in 2006 as well as his brother Ben and sister Josie Valdez. His survivors include his loving family Kathy, Gary (Geri) Trujillo, Rick (Rozanne) Trujillo, Timothy Trujillo, all of Pueblo, brothers Alfred Trujillo, Max (Joann) Trujillo, sisters Lily Solano, Beatrice Roybal, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren as well as numerous other loved ones and friends including his special friend JoAnne Lopez. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2 pm until 6 pm at the Davis Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Jan 9, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Leander Catholic Church, 1438 E. 7th. Entombment will follow in the Roselawn Cemetery. The family expresses a special thanks to the ICU Care Team at Parkview Hospital. The family will be receiving guests at 208 Alhambra Dr.
