Andre Fredette

Andre Fredette was born on Dec. 29, 1944, in Pinefall Manitoba Canada and passed away peacefully June 6, 2015, with his loving wife of 47 years, Anita Fredette, by his side. He is survived by his son, Kevin (Laura) Fredette; and daughter, Suzanne (Herman) Lenarcic; and grandchildren, Joshua, Julia, Jairus and Noah. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Jan. 8, 1978. He served as an elder for 30-plus years and was a beloved member of the Sunset Congregation. He enjoyed spending his time helping others in his ministry in which he volunteered his time as a minister in the San Carlos Correctional Facility. Andre was known for his good sense of humor and his love for life. Andre and his family moved to Pueblo in 1987, where he opened and managed PCL Packaging. Then in 1995, he became the founder and owner of New Horizon Packaging, LLC, which continues to provide packaging for small business owners in the Southern Colorado area. He will be sadly missed by his business partner and friend, Justin Alarid. Cremation has taken place through Davis Mortuary in Pueblo. No memorial service is planned. Relatives and friends will be received at Anita’s home from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on June 20.
