Calvin Bole passed away Jan 22, 2009 in Pueblo. Calvin was born Feb 9, 1922 in Pueblo to Joseph and Evelyn Bole. He was a veteran of the US Army having served during WWII. Calvin was employed by the Pueblo Fire Department for over 30 years before his retirement in 1979. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, B.P.O.E. Lodge #90 and F.O.E. Lodge #145. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, trips to Cripple Creek and Saturday night dances at the Eagles Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Beatrice and his brother Joe. His survivors include his wife Anita, son Samuel (Ruth) Bole, grandchildren, Michael (Suzette) Bole and Scott Bole, great grandchildren Logan and Alyssa, sister-in-law Aaronlea Bole, nephews Calvin (Donna) and Gary (Irene), niece, Leah Bole, his step children Donna (John) Volk, Cheryl Fabjancic, Joseph (Marie) Fabjancic, Vicki (Randy) Constuble, numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and several other relatives. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, Jan 27, 2009 in the Davis Memorial Chapel with Rev Frank Proffer officiating. Memorial rites provided by Elks Lodge #90 and the Pueblo Fire Department Honor Guard. A reception will follow at the First Baptist Church.
