Angelina Junita was born May 14, 1909 and passed away April 28, 2009, fifteen days short of her 100th birthday. She was a lifelong resident of Pueblo and a long-time employee of Crews-Beggs Mercantile Stores. She was well known for her skills as a seamstress and her intricate crochet work. Angelina was preceded in death by her parents, Giuseppe and Vincenza Juinta; brothers Ben, Joe and Sam Juinta and sisters Rose DiSalvo and Josephine Juinta. She is survived by her brother Charles (Dorothy) Juinta and numerous nieces and nephews. A private funeral service was held on Friday, May 1, 2009 with Father Ben Bacino officiating. Interment followed in the Roselawn Cemetery.
