Corinne Wilson

Corinne M. Wilson died Feb. 4, 2017 in Pueblo. She was born in Walsen Camp, CO, the oldest child of three to Elizabeth (Chittick) and Andrew Jamieson. Her sister Ellen (Walter) Bassett and brother, Andy (Joyce) Jamieson preceded her in death. She celebrated fifty-one years of marriage with Earl G. Wilson, who also preceded her in death, and they both shared a full, vibrant life with their five children:   Glenda (Wayne) Lewis, Gail (Pavel) Kozhevnikov, Carol (Brian - deceased) Dowdy, Joyce Wilson, and David Wilson.   She delighted in engaging with and showering affection upon her six grandchildren: Kimberly (Weston) Burrer, Dr. Eric Lewis, Brandon Wilson, Bonnie Wilson, Yelena (David) Olacsi and Roman Kozhevnikov. She felt blessed to enjoy the attention and antics of her great grandchildren: Evan and Emily Burrer, Dennis Olacsi and Nina Kozhevnikova. Corinne was a much beloved aunt and is survived by various nieces and nephews, including special niece, Myra Wilson.   Corinne attended two years of college in Sterling, Kansas, volunteered with various organizations, was a life-time member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where she served over the years as Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Teacher, Choir Member and Church Deacon. Corinne found fulfillment in being a busy homemaker.   She loved to read, sew, crochet, travel, and challenge her mind with crossword puzzles. Most importantly, she loved her family. Services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 10 University Circle, Pueblo, Colorado. Online condolences at DavisMortuary.com.
