Al Harrison, of Pueblo, CO, joined the Lord, his father, Ray A. Harrison; mother, Sophia N. Harrison; and sister, Elisbeth Harrison on April 26, 2018. Al was surrounded by his close family at the time of his passing. Al was born May 14, 1962 in Pueblo. He was immeasurably loved by his wife, Chris Braun; son, Tony (Melissa) Harrison; daughter, Amorette Harrison; treasured grandson, Chase Harrison; Father and Mother-in-law, Roger (Linda) Braun; niece, Kelly Braun; devoted sister and brother, Melinda (Monte) Montez; nieces and nephew, Brandis, Monte and Tiana Montez; brothers, Larry Harrison, Jim (Jackie) Harrison, Ray (Laura) Harrison. Nieces and Nephews, Troy Harrison, Lorraine Haughn, Todd and Brandon Harrison, Scott and Erica Harrison, and numerous other family and friends from childhood, work, sports, and gym. Al was a devoted son, brother, father, husband, uncle, counselor, coach, and friend. He was an athlete, loved sports, coaching, the outdoors, music, dogs, crafts, gardening, and fishing. Al was a champion and fighter; his strength and determination were the strongest any of his family knew. He was dedicated to his work and patients and retired after 35 years of service from CMHIP; where he impacted many people’s lives. He was naturally talented, charismatic, funny, genuine, and a gentle. He grew the prettiest, blue ribbon, delilahs you’d ever seen. Al was profoundly passionate about all his players and took his coaching to heart. He coached his nephews, son, daughter, grandson, and his many beloved Roncalli Shamrocks players. He was the best dad. He never knew a stranger and made a friend in everyone. His sincerity, friendship and heart will be forever unwavering for all of those lives he touched. Visitation for Al will be on Wednesday, May 2, from 2 pm until 7 pm at the Davis Mortuary. On Thursday, May 3, recitation of the rosary will begin at 9:15 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1145 S.
