Frances Stammen

Frances Stammen passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023 in Walsenburg, Colorado.   Frances was born on December 5, 1926 in Walsenburg to Patrick and Josephine Garcia

Mrs. Stammen was preceded in death by her husband William Stammen, her parents and her brothers Clarence and Raymond.   Her survivors include her daughters, Kathy (Larry) Pippin, Lorraine Gonzales; sons, Arthur Gonzales and Patrick (Kathy) Gonzales; her brother, Bud; sisters, Sophie, Marcy Patsy and Mabel as well as 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and numerous neices, nephews and other relatives.    

Cremation has taken place.   A Celebration of Frances' Life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 1 pm until 5 pm at Skinny's Diner, 124 N. Main Street in La Veta, Colorado.   Her cremated remains will be intered in the famly plot in the Badito Cemetery.
